To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure (RMA) shown below.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from KidsWearhouse.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. By fully completing the following form, we will upon review send you an RMA number, address label to print out and attach to original parcel packaging and return to us for inspection. A final decsion concering refunds will be made upon sucessful inspection by our Returns Department. Please read our Returns Frequently Asked Quesations (FAQ).
Upon clicking the Send RMA for Aproval button, you will recive confirmation that the request was sent sucessfully. Your returns request will be placed in our returns queue, as soon as your request is reviewed our returns depatrment will respond by sending an email to your desinated account email address, assign a unique RMA number and provide detailed instructions on what to do next. If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs (Postage receipt required).
If after two days you don't recive an email, please use our Contacts page to report any problems. This is the prefered method to contact our Customer Service team who will investigate, and keep you informed on your enquiry. We aim to resolve your enquiry quickly.
