| Order Placed | Your order has been entered into our system following successful security clearance and is waiting for all stock to become available. |
| Payment Pending | Your payment is waiting to be cleared or may fail or be denied. In the event of fail or denied, please check your payment details to ensure they are correct.. You are requested to send an email to our Customer Suport Centre who will advise you further. |
| Payment Received | We have successfully taken payment from your credit card and you should receive confirmation of this by email. If you look at your order lines you will see Confirmaed Ship Dates(CSD) for each item. This may vary depending on the delivery date you requested and the warehouse responsible for shipping your goods. None of your items will usually be shipped until these confirmed ship dates are reached, however some warehouses may ship ahead of schedule. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our warehouse and is being shipped to you by one of our couriers. You may be able to track your order using the shipping details provided. |
| Payment Complete | Your order has now been fully dispatched and your invoice can be printed via the Kids Wearhouse website. |
Order Cut-off Times
Total delivery time is driven by shipping time and shipment method chosen by the customer. Shipping time is driven by the time to process the order & product availability which is shown on our web site under each product.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel any item that has not entered the payment taken status. Most items enter this state upon completing the transaction through Paypal. You may cancel the entire order before the order status reaches shipped. To cancel the entire order, fill the Contact Us form and upon reciept the order will be canceled and the order status will be changed to refund, your payments will be refunded to your original payment method. This is normally completed within 3 days. If you have any enquiries concerining this or anyother matter use the Contact Us form and we will respond to you by email to your designated registered e-mail address.
